1.完全遵守《劳动法性别平等法》以及《劳动标准法》中与劳动有关的适用义务。亚东禁止性别,种族,宗教信仰,年龄,婚姻状况,残障和国籍歧视。
2.没有雇用年龄在16岁以下的童工,并且根据公司的就业政策避免强迫劳动。
3.尊重人权,遵守“就业法中的两性平等”原则,避免性骚扰。
4.致力于环境保护。我们的环境政策是执行污染预防措施以符合法律要求,禁止使用和减少环境污染物质,回收资源,努力实现业务可持续发展并继续改善环境,建立并实施环境管理体系以提供安全健康的工作环境雇员。
To ensure labor’s obligations and rights,Yadong sets up regulations and system according to Labor Standards Act.
we fully complies with “Gender Equality in Employment Law” and labor related applicable obligations in Labor Standards Act. Yadong prohibits sex, race, religious belief, age, marital status, disability, and nationality discrimination.
Yadong does not employ child labor whose age is below 16 and avoid enforced labor according to company employment policy.
Yadong respects the human rights, complies with “Gender Equality in Employment Law” and avoids sexual harassment.
